How We Build Your Trust
1. BUDGET DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT PROGRAMMING
One of our experienced design consultants will meet with you via teleconference or in-person meeting to better understand and identify your goals as they relate specifically to your project idea and site conditions. During a follow-up meeting at our office/design center, the budget and preliminary design concepts will be discussed.
2. FIELD MEASURE & INSPECTION OF LAND
Once a design service agreement is approved, members of our design team will review and examine the existing systems and infrastructure of your project. They will take detailed measurements and photograph your property in preparation for conceptual floor plans and elevations regarding the future project.
3. PRELIMINARY DESIGN MEETINGS
Design meetings are usually held at our office where you will be presented with multiple concept drawings as well as a preliminary cost estimate. In most cases, you will be directly involved with our team in customizing and developing your project design at each level. Your input will help in the further development of your project’s drawings and specifications.
4. CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT & BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS
Once the design is fully developed, you will have the opportunity to review it in further detail before you approve it. Once you authorize the agreement, your project will officially be ready to go. During the next few weeks, complete construction documents are prepared for submittal to your local building department. We assist you during the whole building department submittal so you will not be alone.
5. BUILDING PERMIT PHASE
During the permitting process, a pre-construction site meeting with you or your design consultant and our production team is held at a place of your convenience to review your project before construction begins. Once building permits are issued, a second onsite meeting will take place to discuss the first steps of construction and what will be taking place.
Once construction plans have been reviewed, we’ll start construction. The Ventana build team will turn the design plans you approved into reality. Our team of specialized sub-contractors will provide highly-skilled work. The construction phase may take a few weeks or several months depending on the scale of your project.
7. CLIENT WALK-THROUGH
Now that the paint is dry and all the sawdust is swept away, it’s time for you to take an official walk-through of your newly constructed project with our Project Manager. The walk-through is your opportunity to see how your vision has come to life. This is also your chance to ask questions and point out any areas of concern. Don’t be afraid to be honest. Our goal is to bring your exact vision to life.
8. FINAL ADJUSTMENTS & CLEANUP
Ventana is committed to your complete customer satisfaction. If there is any part of the construction project that does not meet your expectations, the Ventana Team will come back in and address it right away. We won’t leave until you are happy with the finished product. After you have approved the project, the Ventana Team will do a final cleanup, leaving their workspace nice and clean so you can start enjoying your new product right away.
